When researching Phuket hotels and resorts, you’ll find that there are several different choices. Some resorts are situated off the beach, some close to the airport and others directly on the beach offering their guests lovely views of the ocean beyond.
Though you may think that beach side resorts are out of your budget range, there are a few choices that offer nightly rates, even with taxes and fees added on, that fit nicely into a smaller budget. One such resort is the Aleenta Resort. Here you’ll find a private beach, an on-site spa and close proximity to area attractions such as the Phang Nga Bay National Park with nightly room rates starting out at only US$266 per night for two adults.
A room at the Aleenta Resort for US$266 (taxes and fees extra) per night for two people.
Only available through Agoda, this nightly rate sits in the lower mid range for luxury Phuket resorts. Even though it’s not the cheapest option out there, it’s still a great choice for those with a smaller budget who would still like to enjoy a private resort experience. With that said, this nightly rate is for the Pool Suite during the month of January. In total there are 10 different rooms options, some of them sitting in a higher price range.
Large rooms close to the beach
Though there are 10 different rooms, that do range in size, each and everyone is rather large. When looking at each, your first thought will most likely be that the rooms resemble more of a condo than a standard hotel room. This is a big plus for most resort guests as there’s a lot a lot of room to store your luggage as well as a few added amenities. Some of these amenities include a large LCD TV with cable, an in-room safe, and a fully stocked mini bar. When walking outside of your room you’ll find an outdoor living room that nicely complements your indoor living space.
What makes this room extra special however is that each and everyone comes with a private pool just for you to enjoy.
Restaurants, a spa and more
Also housed within the resort’s bounds are 3 different restaurants with drink options. If you’d like, you can also indulge in an evening of private dining. If you like the idea of cooking as well, there are cooking classes available for resort guests. You’ll also find a swimming pool with a stunning ocean view, a library, a boutique and a yoga practice area with instructors.
Though there are options outside of the resort, if you rather stay on-site for your spa experience, you’ll be able to do just that at the Aleenta Spa IV where they offer a variety of treatments and massages.
