Reviews for the Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa are very good, and almost no really low scores are given, but they do make some important things clear. This is a very large resort that is run, in some ways, like a business hotel, so service is excellent, but many things come at extra fees, and sometimes it’s crowded.
Most people were very impressed by the excellent service, which is certainly at a 5-star standard. The rooms get good marks as well. The only real complaints are the parts of the resort can get crowded, and food in the restaurants seems quite expensive to some people. Overall, this Hilton is a solid choice, and especially for Hilton Honors members who get upgrades.
