The high season rates are quite reasonable considering the facilities and the strong guest reviews, and the off-season rates are even more miraculous. Reviews for the Cape Sienna Phuket Hotel & Villa are generally excellent, with nearly all mentioning how stylish the hotel is, and that is provides excellent value. The hillside location with excellent sea views from every restaurant and every room are also very well liked by nearly all guests.
Most say that the staff is very attentive and courteous, yet once in a while someone finds fault in a member, which is understandable for a large and busy resort. Some say that the hilly walk down to the main beach is less than ideal, so as long as you know that this hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, it seems like a great deal.
