Reviews for the Banyan Tree Resort Phuket are overwhelmingly positive, just as you’d expect from a member of this high-end brand. Nearly all guests report that the hotel is very well run, spotless, and wonderfully relaxing. The grounds, staff, service, and restaurants all get very high marks.
A few past guests did have some frustrations, however, so things can go wrong, just as they do at any of the larger resorts.
