The location is quiet and secluded in the hills on the peninsula just south of Patong Beach, but it’s only 2 minutes by car to the close edge of the action. So all the shopping, beaches, dining and nightlife are close at hand while still having a quiet place to relax and sleep.
This modern hotel has free wi-fi throughout the property and in all the rooms, and all the other luxury amenities are included, such as bathrobes and slippers in each room. The room rates for its opening months are quite reasonable by 5-star Phuket standards, so Avista Hideaway Resort & Spa appears to be great value as they are building their reputation.

What the reviews say
With only a few negative reviews in a sea of great ones, this resort seems like a solid choice. Guests consistently praise the pools and the swim up bars, the rooms and the friendly staff members. As far as the food is concerned, there are a few guests that feel it is a bit lacking in the variety department.
